Noakhalisoft is looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level WordPress Developer who can develop, customize, maintain, and optimize professional WordPress websites and complex web solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, PHP, MySQL, custom theme development, custom plugin development, API integration, and database-driven web applications.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond page builders and ready-made themes and is comfortable developing custom solutions from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance WordPress websites.
• Build custom WordPress themes from scratch based on Figma, PSD, or custom UI/UX designs.
• Develop custom WordPress plugins according to project requirements.
• Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Develop complex WordPress-based websites and web applications.
• Work with PHP and MySQL for backend functionality and database-driven features.
• Create custom database structures, queries, and WordPress data management solutions.
• Integrate and develop REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Develop custom WordPress REST API endpoints when required.
• Work with WordPress hooks, actions, filters, custom post types, taxonomies, metadata, and user roles.
• Develop custom admin panels, dashboards, forms, booking systems, membership systems, and other dynamic features.
• Integrate payment gateways and third-party services when required.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and fix complex WordPress, PHP, database, plugin, and theme-related issues.
• Convert Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect responsive WordPress websites.
• Ensure compatibility across modern browsers and devices.
• Work with Git and follow clean, maintainable coding practices.
• Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, backend developers, and project managers.
• Maintain and improve existing WordPress projects.

• Strong practical experience with WordPress.

• jQuery knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive WordPress websites.

APIs & Integrations

• REST API integration.
• Third-party API integration.
• Payment gateway integration.
• Authentication and API-based data handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot API-related issues.

Development Tools

• Git / GitHub.
• cPanel / hosting environments.
• Basic Linux/server knowledge is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• 2–4+ years of practical WordPress development experience.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can

• Build a complete WordPress website from scratch.
• Develop a custom WordPress theme without depending entirely on pre-built themes.
• Develop custom plugins based on business requirements.
• Understand and modify existing PHP/WordPress code.
• Work directly with MySQL databases.
• Build complex functionality such as booking systems, membership systems, dashboards, e-commerce features, API integrations, custom forms, and database-driven applications.

• WooCommerce development experience.

Noakhalisoft is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who can build, maintain, and improve modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have solid practical experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with basic-to-intermediate knowledge of PHP and MySQL.

We are looking for someone who can work independently on assigned tasks, understand existing codebases, develop APIs, integrate frontend and backend systems, and collaborate with other developers.

Required Skills

• 2–4+ years of practical web development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Good experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB and REST API
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API / Redux
• Good understanding of responsive web development
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub
• Basic knowledge of deployment, hosting, and server configuration
• Understanding of authentication and authorization systems
• Ability to debug and optimize existing applications

Additional / Preferred Skills
